(OTCQB: QNTO) (the “Company”), the holding company for Quaint Oak Bank, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per share on the common stock of the Company on October 16, 2024. The dividend is payable on November 12, 2024, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on October 28, 2024.
