ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Aug. 22, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Northrim BanCorp, Inc. (NASDAQ: NRIM) today announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.64 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 12, 2025, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2025.

At the stock price of $87.41 per share at the close of the market on August 21, 2025, the current dividend equates to a yield of 2.93% on an annualized basis.
On July 23, 2025, Northrim reported net income of $11.8 million, or $2.09 per diluted share, in the second quarter of 2025, compared to $13.3 million, or $2.38 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2025, and $9.0 million, or $1.62 per diluted share, in the second quarter a year ago.
