Availability of the 2025 Universal Registration Document
Including the Annual Financial Report

MAISON POMMERY &ASSOCIES Group has filed its 2025 Universal Registration Document, with the French Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), on September 7th 2026, under number D.26-0592.

This document includes :

• The Annual Financial Report, including the consolidated financial statements, the parent company financial statements, the management report and the related Statutory Auditors’ reports,
• The Statutory Auditors’ special report on related-party agreements and commitments,
• The Board of Directors’ corporate governance report,
• Information relating to the fees paid to the Statutory Auditors, and
• The required information in relation to the share repurchase program.

Without modifying their unqualified opinion on the annual and consolidated financial statements, the statutory auditors’ reports include a section entitled “Material uncertainty related to going concern”, which draws attention to the material uncertainty related to events or circumstances that may cast significant doubt on the Group’s ability to continue as a going concern, as described in Note 1.3 “Going concern” under the “Accounting policies” section of the notes to the consolidated financial statements.
