The dividend is payable June 27, 2025, to shareholders of record on June 13, 2025.
The book value of FFW Corporation stock was $45.06 per share as of April 30, 2025. The last reported trade of stock at the close of business on May 22, 2025, was $40.30 per share and the number of outstanding shares was 1,086,281 as of the same date. On April 30, 2025, the corporation had assets of $567 million and shareholders’ equity of $49 million.
