The ticker symbol change will take effect at market opening on 19 June 2025, and the ISIN code (BE0974371032) remains unchanged.
The ticker change reflects the Company’s rebranding to Banqup Group SA, approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting on 20 May 2025. The new ticker symbol BANQ aligns with the Company’s Banqup platform. The rebranding underpins our focus on core digital services and positions our business as a pure-play SaaS provider, reinforcing our commitment to growth in e-invoicing and payment solutions.
