Dubai, Aug. 19, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Vantage Drilling International Ltd. (the “Company“) has today approved the settlement of restricted stock units (“RSUs“) held by certain persons discharging managerial responsibility/primary insiders (“PDMRs“) under the Company’s Management Incentive Plan as further set out in the attached forms of notification. The Company has also approved the issuance of shares to the PDMR, David Warwick, as further set out in the attached.
