The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp has elected Mrs. Lili Kirikal as a new member of the Management Board and the Chief Financial Officer until January 30, 2028. Her diverse and long-term experience from the transaction advisory side of Ernst & Young, combined with her later position as CFO at Sunly provides a unique combination that allows to contribute to the development of Ekspress Grupp.
Starting from January 30, 2025, the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp will be as follows: Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (Chairman of the Board), Karl Anton and Lili Kirikal.
