Autumn Marcus and Monica Montijo to Lead Finance and Accounting Operations
CAMARILLO, Calif., Sept. 01, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Salem Media, Inc. today announced the promotions of longtime executives Autumn Marcus and Monica Montijo, strengthening the company’s finance and accounting leadership.
Marcus has been named Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategic Planning, while Montijo has been named Senior Vice President, Controller and Accounting. Both will report directly to Chief Executive Officer David Santrella.

Marcus has served as Salem’s Senior Vice President of Finance and has played an increasingly important role in the company’s financial planning and analysis. In her expanded role, she will oversee financial planning and work closely with Salem’s leadership to align the company’s financial performance with its strategic and operational priorities.
Montijo, previously Salem’s Controller, has extensive experience overseeing the company’s accounting and financial reporting functions. In her new role, she will assume expanded leadership responsibility across Salem’s accounting organization.
Together, Marcus and Montijo will lead Salem’s finance and accounting teams with an increased focus on delivering the analysis and insight needed to support the company’s operating businesses and strategic priorities.
