TORONTO, Aug. 31, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU) (“Constellation”) announced today that Claire Kennedy has resigned from Constellation’s Board of Directors. Ms. Kennedy has been appointed as Consul General of Canada in Chicago and is stepping down from the Board in connection with that appointment.
